With government 7 rounds of cooling measures..if I m a HDB upgrader looking to buy an EC in open mkt, what are the "extras" i have to pay and how the calculation is doen like those stamp duty, ABSD, and so on?

Hi Mr Koh,

If you upgrade to a resale EC & sell your HDB flat, no ABSD involved.

But if you buy the resale EC as your 2nd property, the you need to pay the stamp duty & ABSD.
